Arianne's career aspiration is to become successful with her dance academy. Over the years she wishes to expand her business, gaining more students and eventually opening her own premises. Therefore, broadening her name and reputation. Within the next few years Arianne plans to focus on advertising and accepting new students. By focusing on this,  it will be beneficial towards Arianne's future. In the next five years Arianne wishes to build connections with professionals within the industry. Therefore, providing opportunities for her students and the academy. Alongside performance related event opportunities, Arianne hopes to have a couple of entertaining showcases to put on.

 Within Arianne's career aspiration she hopes in ten years she will look for a premise to buy and redecorate into a suitable dance studio, from the studios, changing rooms, kitchen and more!

Opening her own business, while in university, benefits Arianne as a professional once she has finished in education. Her business will already have had the chance to develop by the end of her studies; therefore, she will be able to concentrate and put all her effort into progressing her business further with bigger ideas. She believes that this will help progress her business in a stabilised way. To get  herself in that situation, she will focus on building her student base now.

Although the targets Arianne wishes to be hitting in the next couple of months include completing my Level 2 Business Enterprise with the Princes Trust, in which Arianne could liaise with a business mentor. With the help of a business mentor, Arianne could improve the ways she runs her dance academy as a business. A business mentor will be able to help Arianne develop her knowledge and her business skills, the knowledge she needs to understand more such as, cash flows, break evens and profit and loss.

 Although, Arianne has some targets for herself as a professional to achieve. Hoping to develop her own skills further in singing and acting, which will also help her ideas in the future with her dance academy. Other than developing skills, Arianne wants to continue to advance her knowledge within the performing arts industry. She will be able to pursue this through completing her degree and either doing a masters or a PGCE course. After Arianne has completed her studies, she will look into dance examination boards, therefore she would be able to start to teach examination work.

Arianne's aims within her dance academy consists of confidence building of the students, she strongly believes in building up the confidence especially in dance classes. Even though, she would like to have an intense dance academy, in a way what shows the best outcomes. Arianne hopes to make classes as fun and relaxing as possible for those who attend. Due to her aims and a strong vision of what she would like to have in the future, she plans to put ideas into place to help her get to her end goal. Arianne will continue to take opportunities in her personal performing experience and will also take up opportunities for CPD courses for Arianne Brown Dance Academy.
